Free Shipping
Our online store now offers free 3–5 day shipping exclusively for our VIP customers within the United States. Orders are carefully processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, with delivery taking up to 5 business days. For non-VIP customers, standard shipping rates apply.

Confirmation
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with USPS and FedEx. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
